Second Session with T05

Still practice forhand stroke using T05. Stroke was not stable yet. Ball tend to go to the right. Hitting is getting better but looping were rarely applied. This rubber is for looping but my style still hitting/smashing. Not like the first session, my looping were good. It hard to change my habit but I need it for better control and performance. Block is faster with this equipment and I found out that fast push ia also great.

Thing to improve
1. Footwork- stroke look awkward because of foot position. Still confuse whether to use forehand or backhand for middle ball.
2. Block on high arch spinny loop off the table. Should I close the angle more or apply counterloop for this kind of stroke?
3. Advice from club member- dont rush for kill but controll shot/loop and placing the ball to vacant space or use fade instead of hook.
4. Bad return of low serve to my left from zuri (either off the table or hit net)

Last night result

vs Mie sulong(3-0)
vs Mat Nor(3-2) - upset.
- need to watch his backhand flicks to my left after receiving serves.
- serve short and low to prevent attack/fast push.
- topspin the ball to push him away from table.
vs Zuri(2-3)
- close match but felt bad because he use handshake instead of penhold(normal) but still won.
- his serves and spinny loops get me in trouble.

Setup
